All my jewelry are send in a well protected and wrapped box... I use registered mail shipping with a tracking number for US and canadian shipping NOT EUROPE. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees assigned at customs. If europeen want to have a tracking shipping please write me an email because it is not include in your purchase.

Because my jewelry are handmade, there’s may be some imperfections which make them look unique and artisanal. The photos are taken in the best way to represent the true colors and textures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to issue a refund.
***Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order via Etsy Conversation to request cancellation. My goal is to have a satisfied customer so I would like to have the opportunity to solve any issues or work out any problems.
*** The returned item must be shipped back to me with a tracking number and insurance and received before I can issue a refund. Refunds will only be made through paypal and if the product is returned in perfect condition and in original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Worried about size? Not a problem here is some options. choose the one you prefer:

#3) ring size: I can send you by mail 3 size ring options and see which one you are more comfortable. Need to ship them back and pay for the shipping.

A lot of my creation have patina. I use high quality jewlery wax and after a durable clear coating that will seal and protect metals from tarnish, protect patina and skin discoloration and reaction.
Although any patina WILL wear off over times, special care need to be done to your jewelry to last years.
